It is a know fact that we are among the best IT professionals in the world. Our workforce is spread across developed countries. We are mingling with their work culture and working for their benefits round the clock. Yet, ours is often a thankless job!

We IT professionals are contributing to the GDP by 3%(approx). Contrary to popular belief, IT professionals are not highly paid. Infact it is the IT companies that are paid high in terms of profits.

our concerns are:

• Do we get over time pay for the work we do unofficially?
• How much mental pressure we are taking?
• How much time we are spending with our children and family?
• Does our infrastructure facilities are balancing in our work life?
• Do our employers and government take care of our welfare?
• In 2000 Government of India liberalized the IT labor laws and are we(IT professionals), paying for it?

Who are we?

We are a small group of IT professionals with hands together working towards our mission “Better work, Better life for IT Professionals”. With the raising concerns about working standards in IT and ITES sector, hampering day to day life, we want to voice for minimum standards, policies that an employer must provide for employees. This can be through amendments to Labor laws for IT professionals. Our forum works towards listening to the problems that IT professionals are facing and fight for the solutions.
